Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: Most items will ship out in 1 to 2 business days if there will be any kind of delay in the shipment the customer will be notified. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as possible.

Q: Will you ship to other countries?
A: Yes we can ship most items to other countries please email us for a shipping quote.

Q: Do I have to create an account to purchase an item?
A:  No you can checkout with out creating an account.

Q: What if my item is defective?
A:  All warranty work is the responsibility of the manufacturer.  We will assist you in contacting and working out any problems.
